In February I decided to give running another go. Isn't it annoying how moving your body outside actually does make you feel a bit better? Here I was, pelting doctors with apples, when all I needed to do was move through my neighbourhood slightly faster than usual and more red in the face. As a result, I have become familiar with stretching videos on YouTube. It's a fascinating concept to me that for 10 minutes, I place my faith in an athletic woman, invariably dressed in a tank top, and I follow all of her instructions (more or less sucessfully). This inspired me to come up with my own stretching routine.
