Drawings from a break
Sometimes I need to do nothing for a few days... and then I need to draw
Hello readers, I returned yesterday from spending a week in Germany with my family. As always, I took a sketchbook with me but did not do a single drawing in it. Trying to relax can be pretty hard work, and I had to devote all my time to it. Instead of documenting things that happened when they happened, I spent today putting some of them down on paper and I wanted to share them - I reckon there is still an immediacy here just because it's fresh from my memory. It was a good distraction for me to make these drawings because my luggage didn't quite make its way back home to Edinburgh with me - so I hope you enjoy, and perhaps throw in a prayer to the Airline Gods for me!
